At iCell, we want you to be completely satisfied with your technology purchase. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original packaging and condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your iCell account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Device
Factory reset your device to remove all personal data and cloud accounts, then pack it securely in its original box with all included cables and accessories.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep the tracking receipt for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
